Opera on the Hitachi W32H, the fifth joint release with KDDI

Oslo, Norway - September 9, 2005

Opera Software today announced that theOpera browser is included on the Hitachi W32H for KDDI's 3G network inJapan. The release of this new, BREW-based mobile phone coincides with theone-year anniversary of Opera Software's agreement with KDDI. It is thefifth mobile phone with Opera delivered by KDDI within one year.

Opera Software announced its agreement with KDDI in August 2004 andtogether they shipped the first phone in December 2004, making Opera thefirst full Internet browser on the Japanese 3G network.

KDDI's Hitachi W32H will be released in September 2005 in Japan.
