Huawei selects Opera Mobile 10 as China enters 3G era

Opera Software today announced thatHuawei, the China-based leading global telecommunications solutionsprovider, will preinstall Opera Mobile 10 on a range of mobile handsets.Huawei has long focused on creating value for its customers, and, withOpera Mobile the company can deploy a fast and feature-complete Webexperience on multiple mobile platforms.

Opera released Opera Mobile 10 for operators and OEMs on December 10,2009. This direct-to-distributor version of the browser is outfitted withOpera's new, cross-platform UI framework. By selecting Opera Mobile 10,Huawei is now able to implement the same user experience across its rangeof handsets, no matter the platform, ensuring high quality Web surfing forall customers.
