Take your mobile browsing to the max
VinaPhone introduces unlimited web browsing via Opera Mini for VND 2,000 a day
Browsing the web on your mobile device in Vietnam has now become more flexible. VinaPhone today launched its first unlimited daily web-browsing data plan in Vietnam.
Subscribers can pay as low as VND 2,000 a day to maximize their browsing experience with this plan, enjoying the unlimited web browsing via Opera Mini browser and free data for file downloading and video streaming under 15 MB. This enables VinaPhone users to access the web on their phones with total control over spending for mobile browsing. They can choose to get online whenever they want, without committing to a monthly data plan.
Opera Mini is a fast, compact mobile browser, attracting more than 230 million people worldwide to get online, whether from their basic phones or high-end smartphones and tablets. With its state-of-the-art compression technology, Opera Mini reduces the size of webpages to as little as 10% before they are downloaded to users' phones. Opera Mini can also make web browsing on the phone smarter. This small but powerful browser features the Smart Page, providing instant updates of the user's favorite sites. The Smart Page is available on Android, BlackBerry and more than 3,000 other mobile phone models, and it allows people on the move to read social and news updates easily.
VinaPhone has partnered with Opera Software, developer of Opera Mini browser, to make the web more available to more Vietnamese users.
VinaPhone launched its first unlimited web browsing for as low as VND 2,000 a day. This helps lower the barriers to mobile-internet entry and get more Vietnamese users online.
