Opera extends site license offer for schools
Oslo, Norway - February 01, 2005
Opera's free site license for schools now includes students and staff for theirprivately-owned computers. The offer for the free registered version of the browseroriginally applied to only university-owned computers. But due to high interest andsubstantial demand, Opera has extended the school site license offer to includeprivate use.
Students and staff can obtain the free browser by contacting the appropriatedepartment at their schools. Distribution of the browser to students and staff willbe under the school's discretion.
The Terms of Agreement for the free site license for schools offer has been updateand can be viewed at terms of agreement.
