The Senior Director, Strategic Accounts focuses on our demand side partners to align high-level strategies and priorities with day-to-day operations to grow our Programmatic business. This position may be based in San Mateo, Los Angeles, or New York and will report to the SVP, Programmatic based in Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of demand side partner business needs and KPIs to effectively manage accounts and grow relationships
  • Identify areas to shape the growth of new and existing business and lead efforts to capitalize on those opportunities through targeted campaign management and optimization strategies
  • Act as an operational touchstone by overseeing performance and identifying key areas to meaningfully improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Partner with strategic clients to provide QBRs, best practices, and other campaign and optimization insights
  • Collaborate with Business Development to support new partnerships and ensure a high bar for excellent client service
  • Partner closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Operations to drive improvements and innovation based on client and market feedback
  • Share insights on Programmatic workflows, best practices, and thought leadership to internal teams and external partners

Preferred Experience:

  • BA/BS degree
  • 10 years of experience in digital media
  • Technical aptitude and deep understanding of the programmatic ad technology ecosystem
  • Excellent verbal and written communicator who can build and nurture relationships
  • A track record of cross-functional leadership and collaboration
