An outstanding opportunity ideal for an ambitious candidate on an upward career trajectory to join a highly successful global mobile advertising technology business as Director of Finance and drive company-wide change across business functions. The right candidate will further develop their role as a commercial business partner and be instrumental in positioning the business as a premium European brand.


  • Reporting to the MD UK with a dotted line to the Group CFO in the US
  • Working closely and business partnering with the CEO of a highly regarded and well respected retailer
  • Building strong relationships with peers and the broader team across all functions
  • Developing the Finance function including FP&A, budgeting, reporting, accounting and tax
  • Managing the flow of financial data and management reporting to and from the US
  • Driving a broader commercial agenda for change and ownership of the aggressive growth strategy
  • Providing strong leadership and management of a small finance team and daily finance operations from the ground, getting hands dirty with all tasks
  • Completing multi-currency consolidations and strategic change
  • Monitoring contractual and operational performance
  • IT and logistics operational support

Ideal background:

  • A qualified accountant on an upward career trajectory
  • Experience of working for a large, complex, Global business
  • Ability to work in a stand alone environment and prepared to manage the detail in a hands on role
  • Good technical, analytical and leadership skills
